I’m Saffron Sommers, the founder and creative mind behind Slatspace. My journey into interior styling began with a passion for architectural form and a deep appreciation for biophilic design—the idea that our indoor spaces should mirror the grounding, calming textures of the natural world.
With advanced educational qualifications in interior design and spatial planning, alongside years of hands-on experience in high-end residential decor, I created Slatspace to bridge the gap between complex architectural concepts and accessible, everyday home styling. Over the years, I have specialized in transforming ordinary rooms into curated sanctuaries through strategic wall features, custom slatted wood accents, and warm ambient lighting setups.
